Mineral:Fossilized Bacculite
Locality:Black Hills, South Dakota
Description:Elongated specimen of fossilized bacculite with iridescent exterior surfaces and the convoluted sutures exposed on one end. Iridescent surface is from the original mother-of-pearl of the bacculite. Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970)
